CA77 Kickstarter rubber sleeveCA77 Kickstarter rubber sleeveDoes anyone have a sure fire way to install one of these rubber sleeves without tearing it? I twist and push the rubber on and about 2/3 of the way, it rips. I even use a bit of motor oil to help it slide. Lost about 3-4 rubber sleeves so far. Hopefully someone has some ideas.
Re: CA77 Kickstarter rubber sleeveAssuming these aren't ancient rock-hard sleeves, it's tough to find a better lubricant than Castrol Red Rubber Grease to slide them on.
