Can someone grab a fender measurement for me by any chance?

Post by cyclon36 » Mon May 09, 2011 12:15 pm

I'm planning on beefing up the rear wheel and tire on by CB77 and need to get a wider fender that has a bit more clearance along the sidewall. I'm eyeballing the CL77 rear fender as it looks like it would work nicely. Can someone tell me the measurement of the distance between the walls on the inside of the fender as well as the distances from the outside of the mount holes?

If it fits, I'll be interested in a fender as well :-)

Cyclone, my 66-CL's rear fender measures between 5 1/2" to almost 6" on the inside from rolled edge to rolled edge. The outside rear mounts are 6 1/2" apart...........................D

Looks like it's back to the drawing board. Frame measures 5-7/8" wide with the actual mount points being around 5.25" wide (although I'll probably grind those down for greater clearance.
