What are these forks from?

These were on my CL77 parts bike. Dont look like the forks on my 66, although the numbers on the parts bike are 66 also.

Looks like someone added exterior springs to early CL forks.

No, definitely not CB; the fender mounts are wrong and the chrome seal housings are too short. And I don't think you could get external springs of that size to stay in place like that.

My guess is that since these came with your CL77 parts bike, that your parts bike is an early Type I CL77 and that these are the forks that belong with it that somebody has added exterior springs to...agree with davomoto.
