No way to disconnect the con rods. Did you remove the two upper crankcase nuts? Once you are 100 % positive that all fasteners are removed, smack the crankshaft ends with a dead blow hammer, as you're probably not reusing the crank either. hopefully this will get the crankcases seperated, then you can assess what parts are usable if any. You will still need to get the pistons out. Keep soaking them, try heating with a propane torch, and a hammer and a block of hardwood to drive them out. The engine cases may be the only salvageable parts!

I have a '65 engine that was also seized. I had to cut the piston to get it free. But it was a complete engine and is now in pieces. I just happened to box it all up and put it in the loft last week because I was tired of looking at it.

Crank is there, but rusty. It's the heaviest piece so shipping the other bits without the crank would be more reasonable. If you have an interest, I'll see if I cannot take some pics of the cases and such.
