Rob. Not all of the CL77 bikes which were issued in 1967 (a couple of items on this bike are 1967) had chrome fenders
Checking the wire harness is a good idea but having the frame/engine number is the best help. ...............lm

As LM said not all have chrome fenders. Mine is a 67 confirmed by the serial numbers and it has painted fenders. Chrome was added around #1056274.
