new CL77

There are a couple sets of pipes, (one being better than the other) a tank with a soft dent in the r/side and a rear fender for a 65 on ebay right now. The better set of pipes has a bid up at $201.00 with like 9 hrs remaining. Hope all goes well with your restoration.

Thanks Mike, I won the rear fender but lost out on the tank. I did make someone else pay $200 + shipping on it because my snipe was $200. I'm hoping to find some parts at Eustis next month. The VJMC tent will be there and I'm sure there will be some scrambler parts there too. The front fender for that 65 had a different brace. I think it was used on the CL72 and earlier CL77. I believe that the rear fender I won can be blasted and painted silver and look new when installed on my bike, certainly better than the bobbed POS on it now. The dent on the right side of that tank looked like it would've been easy to pull out. The pipes and shields would've probably worked out great with a good rechroming but I think I'll hold off a little and wait for something better to come along. Maybe the PO will come through.
