CL77 exhaust diffusers

Post by pfroberg » Wed Feb 06, 2013 4:16 pm

My Clymer service/repair handbook shows a picture of how to pull out the exhaust diffusers out of the pipes. But the parts manual doesn´t show any part like that? Anyone that can clarify?

That's a Clymer manual for you, not necessarily accurate. CL77s came with mufflers, either slip on or welded on style. The CL72s had internal diffusers inserted into the pipes.

Ok, get it, the Clymer pictures shows a CL72! Thanks Mike.
