any 40 year old engine will leak oil, and with enough time and effort, i imagine most leaks are fixable or able to be tended to in some fashion.

if the bike is in excellent conidtion. very minimal rusting, minimal dings or scratches on original paint job, and the miles aren't through the roof, i'd say that you could get about 3-4k. a full resto job on it, no rust, no dings, cherried out etc... 5k i'd bet. but i'm no expert by any means, just going off of what i saw when looking for my own superhawk on ebay.

Runs out of oil! If it's from the right side I'd say a seal or two are out of socket. Excellent condition. If that means all the parts like fenders, chain guard , seat, air filters and covers are there $2,000.00+- $3,000.00. ..............lm
