What's it worth??

Hi Guys. I'm considering purchasing this bike. It's a 1966 Superhawk. The bike looks great and runs well. Needs a new battery and actually won a few first place's in bike shows a few years ago. The owner says he has two old speedometer units, one shows 22306 and the other reads 19316. He don't know right now which one was the original but it was one or the other. The new speedometer reads 467. The engine hasn't been rebuilt but works well. Anyone have any idea what it would be worth? Appreciate any info. Thanks, Paul

The bike looks to be in very nice shape. I've been following the sale prices of CB77's that sold on ebay for the past few months, and judging by those prices, I'd say this bike is worth between $2,500 and $3,500.
