Tachometer restorer

Post by Joshes » Tue Dec 04, 2007 12:28 am

Hi ya,

I used to restore American cars - and there were a couple of companies (in the US) who does restoration on dashboard gauges. Basically, they dismantled everything, clean the 'face' of the meters, rechromed where necessary then calibrate the meter.

Does anyone knows if there is such company who restore motorcycle tachometer/speedometer?

Thank you all!
JS

Palo Alto Speedometer in CA will do it. They are slow and expensive. There's a fellow who advertises in the VJMC magazine, but I don't know anyone who has used him. --Randall
