side stand...I know it's expensive, but I guess they all are..,..is this a real one? Ed noticed one on here once that he thought wasn't the real deal.....ebay # 170276221597

Ed,

I have a similar, but not identical, side stand that I removed from my '67 Super Hawk rider.

This one carries an NT (made in Japan) marking.

Just curious about it, as I never liked the things.

Ed,

The old stand needs a bit of cleaning before I can photo. I'll work on it.

I seem to remember another side stand in all the plunder. Will also have a look for that.

Ed,

Here it is.

As I stated earlier, it is from a late, chrome fender, Super Hawk. No idea if the side stand was original to that model.
