Looking For a Great Black CB77

My first bike was a CB77 and I'm back again. I'm looking for a clean, running black bike and am watching e-bay and surfing the web but to no avail yet (lost a bid to a sniper). If anyone knows of one about to hit the market I'd apreciate the lead. I am willing to pay apropriately for a nice bike (dent free, original, smooth running, starts easy, no smoke, little to no rust, prefer flat bars, good exhaust, etc.) Thanks
