What's the preferable lube for the felt pad on a set of CA77 points?

General Motors makes a points cam lube that works well. I have used Lubriplate. Lube the felt sparingly. LM may chime in with a better idea. THANKS - Stan

Well, LM, I can see how using 30w would let the lube wick up through the felt so the lube would last longer than putting Lubriplate on the wiping edge. Old dogs CAN learn new tricks! THANKS - Stan
