good spark, new points, new battery. super clean carbs . no air leaks. just not firing on the right side!!!! what are some other test i can run? and what can cause this? there is small amout of gas on plus. i've re adjusted floats for more fuel . but still no firing

Hi tava. How did you set the points? Did you use Ed's tuneup recipe? New plugs? Swap plugs, swap plug wires?

Any sputtering at all on the right side?

check your carb adjustments also. Too much idle screw on one side won't let the other work properly. I agree, try eds recipe for your carb adjustments and ignition settings, should work perfect. nutt

Could be that the condenser is breaking down on that side. Do a test-swap of the condenser leads; see if the fault moves. Clean/dry the plugs before re-testing!
