two-stroke '67 Suzukis

Post by JRT68 » Fri May 01, 2009 6:17 pm

Saw an ad for two 1967 Suzukis- a T250 Hustler & T200 Invader- supposedly low miles and garage kept, both for $1400. Anybody got experience or opinions on these?

The Hustler was a good running bike back in the times. I got the wheels blown off of my 66' CB72 by one of those, back in 1968. Sure needs to have a tightly sealed crankcase (to include the crankshaft seals) and a good oil injection system. Don't know anything about the Invader, but the Hustler has brought some nice returns on ebay. Different strokes for different folks. I'm liking some of those 2 strokes myself.

Later on, Bill
