'63 CB77 Seat Setting Bolts

My bike is missing the seat setting bolts, part number 90144-268-000. Does anybody know the size/thread/length of these bolts? Is this something I could expect to find at a FULL service fastener jobber like our local Tacoma Screw or is this an exotic item I need to order from a Honda dealer or one of our fine vintage Honda parts dealers?

I Don't remember the size, but Ohio Cycle has them for $15.00 A pair.

M8 x 30mm(?) but with extended head shaft (to facilitate spannering rather than needing a socket/ratchet), 14mm hex and a split-pin drilling at the leading end of threading.
