As I wrote above, last Tuesday I went to the Michigan
Secretary of State office with just an Ebay purchase record
and an out of state Bill of Sale, in my hand for my freshly
purchased 1965 Honda CL77.
In just a few minutes, I was out the door with my approved title
application and new license plate registration in
hand ..... with no problem.
Today, Tuesday, August 15, 2006, just SEVEN days later,
the "Hard Copy" of the Official State Title was delivered,
by my mailman, in the regular mail.
Exactly One Week After I Applied!!
Thankfully, not every experience at the State offices is
a nightmare. Mine, with only a Bill Of Sale, was smooth!
