Wheel balancing

What doesn't spin doesn't need to be balanced. Excellent observation. Seems simple now that I'm looking in that direction. Thanks, Jeff H. :)

lol! You know, I am so used to reading between the lines where I work (very culturally diverse) that I didn't even notice the wording of that first sentence. I guess I just translated it subconsciiously. :)
