I'm sure she'll learn. Everyone deserves a break sometimes.
One I wouldn't (nor could now) get involved with is snelson1227; I've tried to buy from him after asking a relevant and polite question about his shipping policy and the tosser's blocked me! A bit spikey and hyper-sensitive. Needs psychiatric help, I reckon. Just be aware..... Has a big rating but, reading all the FB and responses, can never admit to being even a teensy bit wrong or take responsibility. Always someone else's fault; calls eBayers 'deadbeats' if they don't sgree with him. Tried to get me to buy off-eBay in return for lifting the block. I have no time for dishonesty nor for manipulators, let alone dishonest manipulators. I warn eBayers and forumers of unsavoury experiences!
