Stripped Screws on right Crankcase Cover
It may be a little late for this for you, but I like to try to spin the screw out with a small chisel right on the edge.
The combination of tapping and the leverage out on the edge will usually break it free. You do have to be careful to not touch the cover as you try to spin the screw, and it will occasionally slip off, but I've removed a lot of seized screws that way. You can also add heat.
