We're finally back at it on the fender project again.

Here's a picture of the progress to date on the late 6 hole fender stay.
There is only 1 more tool in work to do the last forming operation.
I should have the braces ready for chrome powder early next week.
If you have PM'd me interested in the late ones, I will send you a message when I get close to being complete. Right now I can supply these with a chrome powder coat or bare. I do not have a plater that I'm working with that can handle the chrome.

Thanks,
Mark

Afternoon went well. All tooling completed. Blank sizes all worked out. everything fit like it should so we'll start running the stays tomorrow.

Thanks,
Mark

BTW, The CB fronts are next. I went to my stash last week and I do not find a single one for steel or aluminum forks. I think they all got away when I found and traded for the bike that I had in high school. Anybody got either front fender that I can trade, borrow, or steal? Doesn't have to be nice, just enough to copy the braces, length, and locations.
Thanks,
Mark

Hello Mark,
I have a weathered but undamaged fender that you may borrow for your tooling set up in exchange for the opportunity to purchase a fender when available!
Very impressive results.

Very Nice Work..................I like the '66 style of the CL77 brace that you have produced. The later units have the full-return flange.

I'm going to run a batch and have them Chrome Plated hopefully by the first of the year.
Thanks,
Mark
