Year confirmation

I just inherited my dads old Honda dream. Trying to identify the year to register and to begin to get this old girl running.
Engine # is CA77E-312605
Frame is # CA77-312595
The emblems on the tank say Honda Dream 300
I have an idea what year it is but I just want confirmation. This bike has been stored in the basement, last plate on it was from 1969. It's been a while since it's seen the pavement.

The "3" at the beginning of both numbers indicates that it was made in 1963.
