lost title help

Hey, that is an interesting bike! Looks like a CB77or72 front end and engine. I cant imagine what the rest is but it looks cool to me. Kustommusic

CB72/77 rear fender and after market front fender for the same bike. ...........lm

The Engine number is CB77E 1009317, Not sure what yr that is. If anyone knows it might help when buying parts. I am having a hard time finding the oring for the oil filter. any help on that would be great.
