Someone please check this for me

Post by Hoosier Tom » Wed Oct 10, 2012 11:48 am

Hey,

Would someone check this for me before I contact the seller. Ebay item 271077263728 , I think he had posted on this restoration before. It doesn't look like he has any cotters on his castle nuts on his front or rear axle and his rear sprocket. My vision isn't is good as it used to be but I don't see any.

I think a lot of us lost the cotters on our castle nuts long ago...

My guess is the guy shot some pics before the bike was 100% done. I've done that in the past.

Not a big deal, but worth asking the guy about. Bike does look nice.

Rob

It runs nice, too. The YouTube video is very good! What a beautiful job, lots of nice details. I'm inspired!
