Wheel size ???

Do any of you know if 18 inch wheels came stock on CA77 ? I have a 1961 with 18" on the front and 16" on the rear. My 1964 has 16" front and rear. Every thing I've read or seen had 16" F&R
Could a PO have replaced it with some thing else ? Pic below thanks...JK

Front and back are 16" stock.
