can anyone identify this seat?

just got my new CB77 this morning, I don't know where this seat comes from. I'm hoping someone knows something about it.

if i had to take a guess, i'd say custom seat for a... cafe racer? But i'm not the go to guy on this matter. I just figure the owner had a local make a seat for him that he thought looked nifty after seeing some cafe racers, but he didn't exactly execute it very well.
