Part number for second gear cotters ? anyone ?

I am trying to find the part number for the offset cotters ( from the recall) for second gear.
I would be happy just to know the stock flat cotter part number too.
Any information about the recall would be appreciated.
Somebody on this site must have a copy of the second gear recall bulletin or know where I can get a copy.
