Hey there guys and gals,
I was just wondering if anybody has found a good (easy) way to extend the height of the brake pedal.
The brake pedal on my CA77 feels awkwardly low and I unfortunately cannot get it any higher as the exhaust downpipe is in the way.
Thanks for any help!

Brake Pedal Too Low...
Re: Brake Pedal Too Low...G'day stepper A couple of photos might help if you can provide? Is it possible that you have the rear brake, the linkage and the pedal adjusted incorrectly - it is a tricky set-up? On my C72, the rear brake is well clear of the header pipe and the upper stop position of the brake pedal is defined by the frames foot-peg mounting bar (No. 11 below). All this means that a reasonable amount of preload is needed on the 2 springs that make up the entire assembly. When this is all right, the position of an undamaged brake pedal is very comfortable. Hope this helps.
Thanks.

As it turns out I think the lever itself is set up correctly at the correct height. I think the problem was that I had the "play" amount set too low with about 2 inches of travel. After setting rear nut for a 1 inch play everything is feeling much more comfortable and confidence inspiring.
