mufflers

Post by JonnyT » Thu Feb 12, 2015 1:30 pm

I've ordered a pair of those mufflers from Thailand. It has been well over a month and I can't seem to trace them. Can someone tell me if I should expect them or did I make a mistake ordering from there?

What was the sellers feedback like? what was the delivery time quoted? and who was the seller?.

If you paid using PayPal and you did I hope then you can get your money back both Paypal and EBay are on the buyers side not the sellers

I have sent for several items from Thailand to the UK with no problems.

Yes it will take time it's a long way to row a boat.

Used pay pal and it had said allow about, I think about a month, so I'm just starting to worry about that guy rowing. I am completely finished with my restoration except for two bolts and two nuts and two mufflers. Ready for the ride down the country road where an identical 305 used to pass me every morning while waiting for a ride to school. That is going to be the maiden voyage. Going to trailer it to about a mile passed that spot and ride it back past it. Memories will flow!

I know the feeling. I recently ordered a primary chain from Thailand and it took a full month to get here. Unless you pay for premium shipping, it may be that your parcel will not see an airplane until it gets to North America.

You have a limited amount of time to file a claim with ebay. If you allow that amount of time to pass and you don't get it you are SOL. Maybe someone here can tell you how long that is, I don't recall.

Better to file a claim too early than to lose out altogether.

lockout

It may be sitting just offshore due to current dock-worker slowdowns/lockouts on west coast.
