My 1964 CB77 had the Hoosier Tom style header. Both were double walled. I have yet to find an aftermarket pipe that fits. Most are not bent enough, so they come out about 1-1/2" below the muffler inlet, when attached to the cylinder head. One even contacted the starter. The Swarbrick pipes do fit quite well, but are not really stock appearing. Regards, Chase
Have you any experience with the aftermarket headers/down pipes out of Thailand?

Yes, about five years ago. As mentioned before, the bend was a bit short. Perhaps they're making them correctly now. I would appreciate hearing from anyone that has had success with them recently. Thanks, Chase
