(ANSWERED BY LM IN ANOTHER POST TITLED "Another Newbie! And a couple of questions . . ." LM says the holes are supposed to be there for moisture to drain.)
I have a hole in the bottom of each exhaust in the exact same place each side, about in the middle of each muffler on the bottom. It's about the size of a dime. Common?
I'm thinking it's from starting the bike over and over again for short periods of time through the years thus causing condensation to go to the low point. Wild guess.
Question is, are there any viable fixes anyone has done other than welding/brazing the holes? Dos/don'ts? Thanks.
