Anyone know if I can use the cb160 rear shocks, front and rear fenders on a cb77?

Nope. All those parts have entirely different mounting.

The rear shocks are similar but have a lower spring rate so not really suitable.

The front fender (and the one from the S90) is often fitted to CB77s as a 1960s style GP racer "lookalike". It does need the brace modifying for that but it does look nice.
