honda shows different part numbers for the front spokes vs the rear spokes, I know there is an inner and outer spoke, but what is the difference between front and rear?

The rims are different.
Usually the rear will be a bit wider.
And because the rear wheel is driven by the chain the spoke will be a bit thicker for strength. ...........lm.....................lm
