I fixed one like that for a CT200, pushrod trail 90. I tig welded and built up the end of the post, filed back to shape, and redrilled passing the drill through the opposite side to line thing up. Ct200 carbs are hard to come by. CB and CL77 carbs are fairly easy to find, providing the seller isn't ...

Hello, I've done 2 of them. If you are not using the starter drive, you have to plug the oil hole on alternator side of the crank. I used an aluminum welding rod. I drove it in and filed it flush. Make sure your cams are indexed correctly. Both of the engines I did were twingled with both cylinders ...

I've had quite a few inquiries for the alloy fenders. When we were first setting up we tried one out of .024 3003 H-14, with poor success . The problem is our machine takes around 15 passes to get the proper radius. Check out the video below. H-14 work hardens pretty quick, so we got a lot of wrinkl...
