I rubber mounted the tail light assembly on my CB77 to try and increase the life of the bulbs. Less vibrations. To provide an earth return I made up a jumper from flexible wire and connected it between one of the tail light mounting bolts and one of the mud flap at the back of the mudguard. This was...

I put a Reid Titan 350 kit in my CB77 many years ago. I think it came with 135 main jets which I used. I found I had to alter the cut away on the slides as the motor was surging at cruising revs, about 6000 rpm. I added about 1/8 inch to the cutaway with solder and it is still there and worked real ...

Why change the rubber, my 65 CB77 still has the origional seal in the tap and still does not leak. Might not be rubber though, doesn't have any signs of swelling. Had a lot of use over the years.

Ive had a carrier on my CB77 and it is mounted at the top of the rear suspension and extended forward several inches and clamped to the frame with u bolts. Was origionally tied to the rear mudguard but that collapsed under the load.

I have had similar bars on and off my CB77 for years. I think they came off a 160cc Honda, CB160 maybe. The steering damper was removed as it was never used and the current mileage is 140,000 miles. Never missed it. If you want to fit one use it for decorative puposes only. Fit and leave it alone. L...

My 1964/5 CB77 has about one hundred and forty thousand miles on the clock, took me 9 years from new to travel the first 100 000 miles. I think it is on its fourth crankshaft and probably Honda 64mm pistons as it has been running as a 350 for years. It has had various camshafts in but is standard no...
