Oil kit installation

I am in the final stages of an engine rebuild and I have an engine oil seal kit I would like to install. What procedure do you use to remove the oil seals for the kick starter, output shaft and crank seal (behind the ac generator). I thought of a couple of ideas but, I am worried I may damage the ex...

I am currently rebuilding the top end and now that I have the top end disassembled when I turn the crankshaft clockwise, there is a clicking noise coming from inside the lower cases (I think in the transmission area). bore dimensions for .75 o/s pistons

I assume the measurement will be the piston skirt dia. (60mm) + the .75mm o/s piston for a bore of 60.75 mm. I am showing the repair limit for the piston to cyinder clearence .06mm. So I will ensure the machinist does not exceed 60.81mm. Preferably 60.75 to 60.76mm to be equivalent with the OEM qual...
