Joe,

I got the oil filter cover off anyway. everything looks wet with oil and clean. the parts I can reach with my fingers move easily.

I got myself a screw extractor tonight, we'll see what I can do tomorrow

nice one, let me try that. I'll have to counter thread the screws though as those are locked and halfway stripped. I've been pushing it gently in gear now with the MMO for a week trying to free the pistons. It should have gone according to others with time seized pistons. If it isn't the pistons tha...

Need carburetors or parts 65 CB77

I need stock carbs or non stock carbs. THey have to fit the bike and draw right. Or I need throttle valve and spring for one stock carb I don't know what aftermarket carbs fit but new ones would do also. I'm trying to put together a reliable bike, don;t care about keeping it historically correct David

me too, The last owner said he got it from someone who let his kids ride it around the yard and when the trottle cable broke that was it and there it sat for two years. It looks better in the pictures actually. Almost everything is there though. I think the kids ran it without air filters for a whil...

Hi Vince, curious, what did you not like with the Keihin carbs? is this the brand that is stock on these bikes? Is it possible to get new ones for a CB77? I forsee carb troubles with my current (and first) rebuild. I would love to have a new carb option for this bike. I don;t really care for correct...
