Where can you purchase JIS Crosshead Screws, i.e. 5mm x 16mm .09? All I can find easily are .08 thread pitch. I am nervous about tapping with with a .08 tap to change the pitch!

I used Honda Pro4 on the cases, I don't see where it is recommended to use any gasket sealant on the Cylinder or Head Gaskets? Any advice? 1963 Honda 305 Superhawk.
