Thank You for the reply.That makes sense-shrunk on.Wonder how many have rotated slightly over the years leading owners with timing problems and no easy way to ascertain the cause!

Hello All, Went to purchase a Red 1969 CB160-been sitting many years.Hmmm-kicked over,good compression.Took it home,new battery,carb clean,points etc.Won't run.No spark-valves not actuating.Suspected a broken camshaft chain.Engine apart and I see nice chain connected- spun sprocket! I think it is spot welded. The engine is APX 130 lb. with starter. Early 1963 CA77 Shipping Question

Hi, I need to ship an early 1963 CA77.To prevent an "oversize" rate on UPS for the frame my ?-is the rear fender section welded at the seam or is it held together by the rear shock mount brackets? Also-the weight of the engine only? Thanks in advance.
