Thanks for the information. Had a call from my brother to say he has located the bolt in question and had now got a stop for the kickstart.
This is hs first CA 77 and it is a steep learning curve.

Thanks for the information G-Man. I have been in contact with my brother who tells me, that with the rightside cover removed, the kickstart shaft can be turned clockwise continously, it doesn't stop. Is there some kind of a stop built in that stops the kickstart shaft tuning? Do you have any drawing...
