After a rebuilt engine with new gaskets you should go through heat cycles re torquing the head each time. Run the engine to temp then shut it off, let it cool overnight. Break each nut then retorque to spec. Do this 2 or 3 times and you should be good. It’s a pain but I’ve never had a head/cylinder ...

If you have pipes on the carburetor overflows take them off. My CL would run fine for 5 minutes then act like it was out of gas. I don’t know what the relation was but it now run fine without them. YMMV. Good luck.

I kinda have the same problem if the bike has been sitting for a few days. What I do is, one at a time, I remove each fuel line from the petcock just enough to “burp” the line. Turn on the fuel, just long enough, to allow the line to fill with gas, expelling air. Have a rag under to catch fuel that ...

I sometimes have no fuel flow even with a full tank. I found that if you burp the fuel lines (remove them from the petcock slightly allowing the air to bubble out) that solves the problem. If I run it everyday no problem. If I don’t use it for a week of so I need the burp. YMMV.
