67' CB77 Superhawk Petcock Assembly Replacement

My 67' CB77 (305cc SuperHawk) Petcock right screw head sheared off when applying little torque to tighten. Looks like the old screw had weakened. Attempted easy out bolt remover with no luck. Long story short, the right screw hole is now un-repairable (to include re-drilling a replacement hole). I h...

I have something very similar to that, I wish it pulled out that easy. The lip was so forced in and degraded by oil that it tears at the top. As im pulling, from both using the metal as leverage and pulling away from the bike, it just crumbles. https://imgur.com/xGvtBqP for pete's sake just go to NA...

Here are some pictures after spending three hours today trying to pry the rubber bits out. Only thing small enough to fit between the metal is an exacto knife. (Ruined a pair of fine nose tweezers, a pick set wont fit, small flat head isn't long enough, and various other sharp pointed things arnt st...

Re: Rotor removal,

The seal I have shows 32 / 65 / 6.5 the one in the bike is 32 / 65 / 7.5 is that going to be an issues? Looks like the replacement lip is slightly larger than the gap. Also after using an exacto knife around the entire edge still stuck in there good. Going to be a slow process of digging it out. loo...

Re: Rotor removal,

Any recommendations on removing the old right crankshaft seal (not the sprocket seal)? seems to be pretty dang stuck in there and the lip seems to crumble when trying to pry it out. there looks to be a small metal plate behind the rubber gasket is that removable?

Two questions: When placing the rotor removal bolt in, to separate the rotor, do you hit it with a hammer on the head of the bolt with the force going towards the bike or hit it on the lip of the bolt with the force away from the bike. With instillation of the rotor what is the torque wrench lbs set...
