Big Bore

I’m located in the SF-Bay area. I don’t know the actual sizes yet, but they should be the OEM jets that came with the carbs. I haven’t yet disassembled the carbs.

I'm planning to put in Bore-Tech's 358cc big bore kit in my '65 Superhawk. The bike will be strictly a street machine, no racing, as I just want some additional torque and take whatever power increase I get. I realize that to cross the 2nd and 3rd gears on the CB77 transmission would require disassembly or removal of the gears from both the main transmission shaft and the secondary shaft. Is there some kine of description as to how to disassembly the two shafts so that the gears can be removed and then ...

305 camshaft removal by a newbie

I'm now the proud owner of a 1964 SuperHawk that is in desperate need of an engine rebuild. I've successfully removed the engine from the frame, disassembled the heads and cylinders from the cases, and then turned my attention to removal of the camshaft. Here's where things came to a screeching halt...
