You're totally right. I spoke with Bill Silver today and he verified that it's a 64, since the SN is 6 digits. I purchased all of his stuff for the CA bikes, so now I have a large amount of info to do some research through.

I see the package from Bill Silvers website is $65 for pretty much everything related to the CA. I'm guessing that's the best route to take.

Great looking bike and a nice start for a restoration. Do you truly plan on restoring it, or would getting it back to running condition be what you mean?
