Throttle Cable Fabrication

I want to install longer handlebars on my CA77 (so I can ride in a more upright position) than stock but am having trouble finding a shop, preferably local in Akron/Canton Ohio, to fabricate a throttle cable. Any leads would be appreciated.

I have a CA77 305 Dream. So I got fed up with the leaking stock petcock and bought an aftermarket 90 degree one which seems to work fine.
