Re: 1966 CA77 part out
The engine from this 1966 is going into my other CA77(1964). The engine in that one(1964) lost compression on one cylinder and the new one(1966) is running well and just sort of fell into my lap for almost nothing, so it's now a donor. The motor with low compression(1964) will probably just go on to...

1966 CA77 part out
I have a 66 ca77 that I bought for the motor and will be parting out if anyone here needs something. The bike is complete (minus the engine obviously) except for the gas tank (completely rotted) and it has a title. Feel free to reach out. Thank, Tom 443.554.5050
Edit: I am in western PA.

Kickstarter Cover
Hi, I was wondering if you had an intact kick starter cover? I need the cover, the two starter gears and the clutch cable attachment mechanism. Basically the entire right hand side if you unblot it from the engine.
Thanks,
Tom

CA77 Top End Stumble
All, My 68 Dream rebuild continues. I've got her back on the street and most everything is working well, but I'm having a small issue in high gear at lower throttle settings. The bike seems to stumble in high gear if you don't peg the throttle. This doesn't happen in 1st, 2nd or 3rd, only in 4th and...

Petcock Rebuild
Hi all,
I just rebuilt the petcock on my 1968 CA77 and I find that the motion between OFF - ON - RES is still very stiff. Is this normal? I rebuilt the petcock for this very reason assuming that new seals and what not would improve the ease of use. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Tom
