The crank sprocket is 15 and the clutch sprocket is 47 giving a 3.13 reduction.

I looked at your disassembled carburetor picture and can't tell for sure if the slide is right. The low speed air enters through the radius cut on the slide and it must be facing toward the air filter. If the slide is not correct the engine will run crazy rich on low end and can run well after it ge...
