The tread on those tires is known to grab any texture on the road and try to follow it. I have them on my Dream, and have had a similar experience. Be extra careful on grooved pavement.

It does look like your tank has been pushed down a bit around the filler neck. Some of the replacement caps like the ones at David Silver have a different profile that is easier to grip in that situation.

I have a set on my CB72. They fit perfectly. I have not had the bike running yet to see how they sound, but they look great.

I would contact Loud Mouse on this site. He does heads cheaper than most. I don't know about cylinders. Another option would be Schumann Motor Works in Portland, OR. He did my CB72 head a few years ago.

It looks a bit like an early CB450 tree, maybe a police model with the white paint. It is hard to tell.

Before you take it apart, make sure that the key is the right style for the year of the bike. Honda reused key codes, and there are different style keys with the same code. Some have skinny heads, some have wider ones. They aren't necessarily interchangeable. I found this out the hard way. Also, you...

Someone may have tried to drive a rocker shaft out with the head still on the engine and the cylinder stud in the way. And they missed with the punch.
