I cleaned out the float bowl and there was some sediment in there. How would I go about cleaning the tank? It looks a little rusty inside.

Thank you I'll try cleaning out the bloat bowls and replacing the line and post the results!

I can get the bike "running" but after a few seconds to a few minutes it will stall out on it's own and I give it has it bogs down and stalls out. Just started working on this bike 2 days ago so I'm as green as they come.
