the argument if i understand it is "I've always done it this way so I will keep on doing it this way " is frankly not very impressive. Honda has moved on ..sludge traps and poor oil are part of history that in my opinion should be left to history .

i'm not wishing to further inflame the issue but i would like to point out that being so sure you are correct to the point of not listening to reasonable views if they differ from your own must make learning somewhat difficult ..I could of coarse be wrong ,perhaps some people truly do know it all .

The are Air Cooled. ......lm non detergent oil is fine for lawn mowers but then lawn mowers do not as a rule have transmissions. the high tooth contact pressure in the transmissi...

my question would be why with far better oil available would you want to put that crap in your engine
